We weren’t built for cubicles, color-coded calendars, or chasing someone else’s version of success(but man, did we try).
Before Cobalt + Capulets, we spent years in corporate and creative spaces working with brands like Ralph Lauren, Amazon, Samsung, Smashbox, Anthropologie, and MasterClass. We earned titles and collected paychecks while quietly losing ourselves in an inbox.
It didn’t fall apart all at once. It unraveled slowly, like a sweater you keep tugging at because you know it doesn’t fit anymore. So we did what any reasonable people would do: we tore it all down and started listening to something louder than expectations: our own energy.
We built the C+C Method from that listening. Layered through studying Reiki, Tantra, breathwork, ancestral healing, psychic channeling, and enough nervous system rewiring to keep the lights on at the Met Gala.
Not just to study it. To live it. To prove it. And that transpired in SURÁ, our retreat space in Costa Rica. That is where energy and embodiment aren’t just a theory, but the architecture of a way to be.

Connection: You bring that clarity into your body. Through breath, presence, and practice. What once felt distant starts to land. You don’t just know it. You feel it.
Creation: You begin to move from that place of alignment. Not from pressure or proving, but from truth. You take action that honors what matters to you most.

Cobalt is a stone for heart-healing. The kind that clears the noise, softens the sharp parts, and moves the energy that’s been waiting for you to notice it. It’s also the color of creativity and imagination.
Capulets? That’s a Shakespeare nod (minus the tragedy). The story reminds us what happens when fear runs the show, and why choosing differently matters.
